Commercial cleaning fails for one of two reasons: it interrupts the working day, or it happens so far outside it that nobody notices what was missed. Both are scheduling problems, and both are solved before the first visit.
We agree the areas, the tasks and the window — before opening, after closing, or during quiet periods — and the crew works to that list. Access, alarm codes and any out-of-hours arrangements are confirmed in advance.

Out-of-hours work is arranged as standard practice rather than an exception. Keyholding, alarm codes and lone-working arrangements are agreed in writing before the first visit.
