What we clean, and where we clean it.
Six services covering homes, offices, communal buildings and empty properties. One-off visits or a fixed schedule, priced from the premises you actually have.

What we do
Six services, one method.
Which one you need depends on the premises and how often you want it done — not on which package sounds better.
Routine Cleaning
Scheduled upkeep for occupied homes and workplaces — floors, surfaces, washrooms and shared areas on the cycle you set.
£45–95per visit · residential
Service detail →Deep Cleaning
The periodic job that reaches what routine cleaning cannot: kitchen and bathroom detail, skirtings, appliance exteriors, the gaps between.
£65–180per job
Service detail →Office & Commercial
Desks, meeting rooms, reception and glass, scheduled around your operating hours rather than straight through them.
£120–195per visit · commercial
Service detail →Communal Areas
Stairwells, lift cars, entrance halls and bin stores, worked to a building-wide rota rather than an ad-hoc call.
£140–195per visit · per block
Service detail →Move In & Move Out
An empty property brought back to a clean baseline for the next occupant: cupboards, wardrobes, floor edges and window tracks.
£50–140per property
Service detail →Floor Care
Carpet and hard floor work including strip-and-polish, with a maintenance rhythm recommended for the surface you have.
£60–180per area
Service detail →Indicative ranges
What each service is priced against.

Ranges are per visit, per job or per area as shown. There is no online checkout on this site: every engagement starts with a written scope, so the figure you are given is the figure you are invoiced.
