An empty property is the only time the whole place is reachable.
Once furniture is in, cupboards are full and floor edges are hidden. Move-in and move-out cleaning exists to use the window when everything is accessible — which is why it is scheduled on an empty property, not around boxes.
The job is worked room by room against the checklist below, and walked through with you or your representative at the end.

Interior windows, ovens and carpets are included where the agreed scope says so, and quoted before the visit rather than added to it. Where a tenancy deposit or a letting agent sets the standard, we quote against that list.
