Quotes and scheduling.
How a figure is arrived at, what changes it, and how bookings are moved. No online checkout — every engagement starts with a written scope.

How a figure is arrived at.
There are three inputs: the premises, the task list, and the frequency. Change any one of them and the figure changes — which is why we ask rather than estimate.
You get the number in writing before anything is booked. If the scope needs to change after that, the change is quoted before it is carried out.
| Input | What we need to know | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Premises | Whether it is a home, an office, communal areas or an empty property, and where it is | Different premises carry different handling rules and access arrangements |
| Area and rooms | Rough floor area, number of rooms, bathrooms and kitchens | Drives the time the job actually takes |
| Task list | Which areas and which tasks, on the list you approve | The scope is the single biggest factor in the price |
| Frequency | One-off, weekly, fortnightly or monthly | Regular attendance is priced per visit rather than per job |
| Condition | Whether this is upkeep or recovery, and any surface needing particular handling | Decides whether routine cleaning or a deep clean is the right job |
| Access | Keys, codes, parking, out-of-hours arrangements | Confirms the visit can actually happen as planned |

Scheduling, changes and cancellations.
Booking
Once the scope and the figure are agreed, the first visit is booked. Regular clients get a fixed slot on the cycle they chose; one-off jobs are booked to the next window that suits both sides.
Changes and cancellations
Tell us as early as you can and the visit is moved rather than lost. A cancellation with reasonable notice costs nothing. Where a visit is cancelled late or access is not available, we will say so plainly and discuss what happens next rather than sending an invoice for work that did not occur.
Access
Keys, codes and alarm arrangements are agreed in writing before the first visit. If you would rather be there, say so and the visit is scheduled around you.
