The list comes first.
Every job begins with a written scope: which areas, which tasks, how often, and with what. That list is agreed before a visit is booked, the crew works from it, and it is the same list you check against when the work is done. Nothing appears on an invoice that was not agreed first.
It sounds like paperwork. In practice it is the opposite — it is the reason a two-bedroom flat and a shared stairwell can both be quoted honestly, and the reason a job does not quietly shrink once the van is parked.
What that means in practice
- You know the figure before we start. Priced from the premises, the task list and the frequency.
- Products are chosen for the surface. Sealed and unsealed stone, timber, vinyl and carpet are not treated the same way.
- Additions are agreed, not assumed. If something outside the scope needs doing, it is quoted before it is carried out.
- The same people, where it matters. Access arrangements and the crew attending are agreed in advance.

No badge wall, no invented numbers. If a claim is not ours to make, it does not appear on this site.
- We will not quote a figure before we know the premises — a made-up number is worse than none.
- We will not claim a certification we do not hold, or a product approval we have not been given.
- We will not put a customer count or a rating on a page where no one can check it.
- We will not promise a surface is safe until we know what it is made of.
What we will do is put the scope in writing, price it from what is actually there, and turn up when we said we would.
